  • Booking details needed by suppliers, such as traveller names, ages, ID or passport details and special requests, collected only when you choose to book.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information and pages visited, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

How we use it

  • To respond to enquiries and call-back requests, and to prepare quotes.
  • To make and manage bookings with hotels, transport providers and other suppliers.
  • To send service messages about your trip by phone, SMS, email or WhatsApp.

Sharing

We share only what is needed with suppliers who deliver your travel services, with payment processors, and with service providers who help us run the website (such as hosting, analytics and form tools). We do not sell your personal information.

  • Nearest phone number: to show the phone number for your country, your IP address is sent to a country-lookup service. We only use the country result and do not store your IP address.
  • Place suggestions: text you type in the destination field may be sent to a map search service (OpenStreetMap / Photon) to suggest places.
  • Fonts and images: fonts load from Google Fonts and destination photos from Unsplash, which receive standard technical data such as your IP address.

Retention and security

We keep enquiry data for up to 24 months and booking data for as long as the law requires. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, but no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

Your choices

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, object to its use, or withdraw consent to marketing, by emailing . We will respond within the time required by applicable law.

If you are in the UK or the European Economic Area, we process your details to respond to your enquiry and arrange your booking (steps you ask us to take before and under a contract), and for analytics and advertising only with your consent. Our role

We act as a travel agent arranging services provided by independent third-party suppliers such as hotels, car rental companies, transport operators and local tour operators. Each supplier's own terms also apply to the services they provide.

Quotes and prices

We do not publish fixed prices for holiday packages or other services on this website, because prices depend on dates, availability, hotels, taxes and currency rates. Every quote is prepared for your trip and is not a binding offer until confirmed. A booking is confirmed only when we issue a written confirmation after receiving payment.

Payments

Payment schedules, deposits and balance due dates are stated in your quote. Failure to pay on time may lead to cancellation and the charges in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Traveller responsibilities

  • Provide accurate names and details exactly as on your ID or passport.
  • Hold valid passports, visas, permits, driving licences and insurance required for your trip.
  • Follow local laws and supplier rules. For car rentals, meet the supplier's age, licence and deposit requirements.

Changes by suppliers

Suppliers may change or cancel services due to circumstances beyond anyone's control. We will help find alternatives, and refunds will follow the supplier's terms.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for acts, omissions, delays or failures of third-party suppliers, or for losses caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including weather, strikes, natural disasters, pandemics or government action. Our total liability for any booking is limited to the amount you paid us for that booking.

Offers and promotions

From time to time we may run promotions. Any promotion is described together with its conditions and end date wherever it is advertised, applies only to bookings confirmed and paid within that period, is subject to availability and is shown as a separate line in your written quote. Promotions cannot be combined unless stated and have no cash value.

"Quote in " is our typical response time; our team is available 24/7. Complex multi-city trips may take longer, and we will tell you if so.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

We arrange services supplied by independent hotels, transport companies, cruise lines and local operators, so cancellation charges follow both this policy and each supplier's own terms. Your written quote and booking confirmation always state the exact charges for your booking. Where a supplier's terms are stricter than the schedule below, the supplier's terms apply and are shown to you before you pay.

1. How to cancel

Email with your booking reference and the names of the travellers cancelling. A cancellation takes effect on the date and time we receive your written request, and we will confirm it in writing. Our team is available 24/7.

2. Holiday packages

Charges are a percentage of the total package cost and depend on how many days before departure we receive your cancellation:

Peak-season dates (such as Christmas, New Year, Diwali and major local festivals), special events and some promotional hotel rates may be fully non-refundable from the time of booking. These are clearly marked in your quote.

Early return of a vehicle does not qualify for a refund of unused days unless the rental company agrees. Security deposits held by the rental company are released by them under their own terms.

If your arrival is delayed, tell us as soon as possible. Waiting-time charges may apply beyond the free waiting period stated in your confirmation.

5. Cruises

Cruise cancellations follow the cruise line's own schedule, which depends on the line, ship and length of the cruise. A typical schedule is:

Government taxes and port fees are refunded where the cruise line refunds them. The exact cruise line schedule is included in your confirmation.

6. Changes to your booking

We will always try to help with changes such as new dates, names or hotels. Changes are subject to availability, any fare or rate difference, and supplier change fees. A service fee may apply and is shown before you confirm the change. Changing your travel dates or destination close to departure may be treated as a cancellation and a new booking.

7. Non-refundable items

The following are non-refundable once booked, unless the supplier refunds them to us: our service fee, visa and permit fees, travel insurance premiums, event and attraction tickets, and any rate marked "non-refundable" in your quote.

8. If we or a supplier cancel

If a service is cancelled by us or by a supplier for reasons within our control, you can choose a comparable alternative or a full refund of the amount paid for that service. If a cancellation is caused by events beyond anyone's control (such as severe weather, natural disasters, strikes, pandemics or government restrictions), we will pass on every refund or credit we recover from suppliers and help you rebook.

9. Refunds

Eligible refunds are made to the original payment method within 7 to 14 working days of us receiving the refund from the supplier. Card and bank processing times may add a few days. Bank charges or currency-exchange differences on refunds are not refundable.

10. Travel insurance

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance that covers cancellation, so you can claim back charges if you must cancel for reasons such as illness.
